• Upon purchasing through our Spree, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting.
• For READY STOCK, we will sent out once payment had been received and confirmed. It's maybe take about 3-7 working days. 
• For PRE-ORDER, items will only arrive in about 3 weeks time after the spree is close for order. We need time to sort things out all the orders. Please do not order if you cannot be patient.(3-4 weeks)
• Please be patient if there happens to be a delay.
• We reserve the rights to extend our PRE-ORDER date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier.
• Refund will only be making if the items is out of stock. There will be no refund for incorrect orders and for cancellations.
• Buy is at your own risk. We are not responsible of any discomfort, infection, or any injured to your eyes.
• Any eye problems contracted after wearing lenses bought DOES NOT hold us responsible.
• Customers should stop wearing the lens if you develop any side effects. We will NOT hold responsible to any conditions.
• Pictures shown might be slightly different from reality due to color effect.

• Pls check with your optician whether your eyes are suitable for wearing lenses especially when this is your first time. I can only guarantee that these lenses are authentic, but i can't guarantee that your eyes is suitable for lenses! So, please check first. Health before beauty!

• 100% full payment must be made before the closing date. Strictly NO CANCELLATION after payment made. Money will not be refund to cancel order customers.
• Buyers have to bear all postage fee.
• Goods sold are not returnable / exchangable.
• Goods sold are new and in good condition. We will not held responsible for an loss or damages incurred during posting.
