FOR GEOLENS

Lurve Durrah use POS Malaysia as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. Please read the Delivery Notes below to understand how shipping method is being allocated due to different locations.

DELIVERY NOTE

• We subscribe to POSLAJU courier for our West Malaysia & East Malaysia customers. It is secure compared to Normal Post as recipient is required to sign for parcel/package upon receiving.
• FOR READY STOCK, Lurve Durrah will send out the items on the following day (exclude non-working day) upon receiving the payment.
• FOR PRE-ORDER, items will sent out once the stock arrived at our office. Customer maybe need to wait about 3-4weeks after spree closed.
• POS Malaysia only operate from Monday to Friday (Working Days), hence no shipment will be send out during the weekends.
• 1 to 3 days are required for delivery of goods to arrive (excluding non-working days), depend on your area.
• Please kindly inform us if the items do not show up within the specific duration as mentioned.
